The short version.
Build fees are one-time. Monthly lines are billed monthly and can be stopped at the end of a billing month.
For the search work, a page earns its monthly fee only when the Search Console property for your site shows that page reached position ten or better on at least one query and took at least one click within the billing month. Both conditions are read from your own property, which you control.
We do not promise any particular ranking, position or search result, because no supplier controls those. Anyone who promises one is describing something they cannot deliver.
For the assistant, a turn where it declines to answer and captures the question for a person is not billed. Chat interactions and call minutes past the included bundles are billed at the published rates.
Your sending domain, mailbox, contact list, call recordings and transcripts are yours. Nothing here holds them hostage.
