It answers every call. It guesses at nothing.
Built from your own material, answering on the number you already publish. It books into your real calendar while the caller is still on the line, and puts a person on whenever the answer is not in your knowledge base.
Or call (816) 643-6272 right now and talk to Dana, the assistant on a home-services line · five more, one per trade
From 1 October, Google bills Local Services Ads calls nobody answers · what the rule actually says
An unanswered call makes no sound at all.
Nothing tells you it happened. No notification, no gap in the calendar, no angry email. The caller goes back to the results and picks someone else, and the first you hear of it is a quiet month you cannot explain.
Here is a Tuesday evening on a busy trade line. None of it reaches any report you currently read.
Three calls, one of them twice. None of it reaches any report you read.
Three moving parts.
You supply the facts.
No new number, no new hardware, nothing for your team to learn. We build it out of material you already have, and you approve how it sounds before a customer ever reaches it. The local search and follow-up work that fills the line is resold from the same rate card.
It sits behind the phone system you already have
Nothing is ripped out. Conditional forwarding on the number you already publish sends busy, unanswered and out-of-hours calls to the assistant, and it works the same way behind a desk phone system, a VoIP account or a mobile. Nothing already printed goes out of date.
It finishes the job on the call
It answers from your knowledge base, screens on your rules, and writes the booking into your real calendar with the reference read back. A genuine emergency is escalated to a person rather than queued.
You get the record
Transcript, summary and reference, on your phone before the caller has put theirs down. You can see which turns came from your own facts and which were reasoned out, which is also how the bill is worked out.
One voice, and the sense to stop talking.
Click through the parts. The fourth one is the part most of this industry does not build, and it is the reason the other six can be trusted.
Work out whether this is worth it to you.
Four numbers, all of them yours. We have not filled in a recovery rate on your behalf, because the honest version of that number is the one you believe, not the one we would pick.
This is a model, not a projection. It multiplies the figures you set. It is not a forecast and it is not drawn from anyone else's results.
The model assumes a third of currently unanswered calls turn into work. Move the sliders to your own numbers. If the result does not clear the monthly fee, we would rather you knew that here than after signing.
A rate we cannot trace to a source does not go on the page. A ranking we cannot control does not get promised. And the assistant saying I would rather not guess is the behavior we sell.
Try our AI on six real numbers.
Each of these has a working assistant on a real number and a demo site behind it. Call it, try to trip it up, then decide.
The call you sleep through
A caller with water coming through a ceiling does not leave a voicemail. They dial the next name in the results and stop thinking about you.

A same-day cancellation is the hardest slot to refill and the most expensive to lose. Refilling it needs somebody free to make calls immediately.

Advisors spend the day answering a question a record already answers, and the booking calls queue behind it.

A caller with a deadline works down the list. The firm that answers and books is usually the firm that gets the matter.

A guess about how busy you are sends a party somewhere else, or brings them at the worst possible moment.

A tenant with water on the floor does not wait for Monday. The unit that answers at midnight is the one that keeps the tenant and the property.

Asked before every build.
Three things. An assistant that answers your phone and your chat window, local search pages built to be found, and the follow-up automations that chase payments, paperwork and renewals. The assistant is the main product. The other two are resold on the same stack and priced from the same rate card.
Yes. Six numbers are listed on the industry pages and every one of them connects to a working assistant. Call it, ask it something it should not know, and see whether it guesses or hands you off. That is the test worth running.
It says so, captures the question with a reference, and tells the caller who is ringing back and when. It does not guess at a price, a coverage decision or a figure your business has not published. That turn is recorded and it is not billed to you.
$500 once to build it, then $199 a month, which includes 500 chat interactions and 75 call minutes. Chat past the bundle is $0.35 each and minutes past it are $2. Answering a caller in another language is billed by the minute, and only on the calls that use it.
$1,000 to build, taken as two instalments of $500, the second when the pages are live and you can see them. After that you pay a monthly fee per page, and a page only earns its fee in a month when your own Search Console shows it reached position ten or better on at least one query and took at least one click. Position is judged per query rather than on the page average.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls where a search engine puts a page. What we can do is tie the fee to the outcome, so a page that is not ranking and not being clicked does not bill that month. Customer reviews are one of the signals that search engines weigh, so they matter, but writing or gathering them is not work we do for you.
No. The assistant sits behind conditional forwarding, so it answers when your line is busy, unanswered or out of hours. Your number, your carrier and everything already printed stay as they are.
Every number on this site names the file it came from, and every competitor rate names the page and the date it was read. If that is the kind of supplier you want, the rest of the conversation is easy.
